Our Clients

1. Production costs include, as required:
- Camera/s: Sony XDCAM HD PMW-EX1 / JVC HD GY-HM100U / HDV HVR-Z1E / Canon EOS 550D
- Miller DS20 tripod / batteries / DC power
- Panasonic 9in BTLH-80W HD-SDI or HDMI monitors
- Sennheiser radio mic x3 / Sony ECM77 x1 / SennheiserK66 x2
- 2x KinoFlo Diva400 Lights, 2x Konova KonoFlo lights
- 1x Rifa eX55, 3x 150w Dedolights
- Volvo estate, return travel up to 100 miles from W4 4PH (thereafter £0.50/mile or rail/air fares)
- Subsistence, insurance and overheads.

• Add London congestion charge + parking @ £50/day
• Solo London City shoots: add £80 return taxis
• Accommodation inc dinner where necessary @ £150 pppn
  
• Day = 10 hrs, Half Day = 5 hrs inc travel from/to Chiswick, London W4 4PH
• Overtime and weekends charged per hour at 1.5 time
• Project management costs apply to larger projects
  

2. Estimate applies for 30 days. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO VAT FOR UK CLIENTS

3. Payment options by agreement (see online payment & bank details below):

a.     in full prior to production

b.     in 2x instalments: 50% on commission / 50% on completion

c.      on invoice (on delivery/14 days)

4. CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT: We are happy to pencil dates at no obligation from you or us. To confirm dates, your payment or purchase order is required. This also confirms your agreement to the following cancellation/postponement policy, and the terms below. If you require other terms, please advise us prior to booking.

Upon cancellation or postponement prior to agreed shoot date:

-        up to 6 days: 20% of shoot costs is payable

-        5-1 days: 30% of shoot costs is payable

-        within 24hrs 100% of shoot costs is payable

5. All material remains property and copyright of CreationVideo Ltd until paid for in full.

6. Estimate excludes courier/delivery costs unless detailed

7. We strive to estimate realistically; however, additional editing, if necessary, is charged pro rata, with Client's prior agreement.

8. Duplication to all formats is sole responsibility of Producer unless agreed in writing on commission.

9. Creative copyright is shared jointly; client may use the material for any purpose, producer for the advertising & promotion of CreationVideo Ltd

10. Client's written approval of final edits/DVD check disks, is required prior to duplication/replication; responsibility for costs incurred by changes advised therafter, or in the absence of requested written approval, is borne by Client.

11. Where clients request that we post/courier master or camera original tapes to them, we will make copies @ £45/hr, unless client accepts all responsibility for tapes and any consequences of their loss, once they have left our offices.
